Return window
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

What can be returned
Kits must be unopened, in their original packaging, with all components included. Opened kits and opened bookmark packs can't be resold, so they're final sale.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, and you won't need to send the item back.

How to start a return
Email tarryn@threadedshed.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Returns sent without contacting us first can't be accepted.

Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer and original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days; your bank may take a little longer to post it.

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order.
